The JurAbsolu Office of Tourism, Commerce and Crafts offers a range of bikes for hire:
- Vélo Tout Chemins (VTC) for adults and children
- Electrically assisted bicycles (VAE)
- Electrically-assisted mountain bikes (VTTAE)
These rentals let you explore the varied landscapes between Bresse and the vineyards, from the Bresse ponds to the first plateau, via Château-Chalon, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages.

For all bike rentals, the following equipment is available at no extra charge:

DO YOU PREFER ROAD BIKES?
Ask at the Tourist Office about the many cycling routes available in the area.
The "Jura by bike" map costs €6. It lists over 5,000 km of signposted itineraries.
OR RATHER MOUNTAIN BIKING?
The "52 Circuits VTT Jura" guide is available in the Tourist Office store.
It includes 52 circuits throughout the department, with IGN maps and detailed road book-style information sheets.
WANT TO COMBINE CYCLING AND GASTRONOMY?
With the "Vélo Gourmet" package, enjoy :
- a reduced-rate VAE rental
- a signposted discovery trail between Bresse and the vineyards
